If you’ve had a crash that meets all of the following criteria:
1. The crash occurred in Tasmania
2. Noone was injured or killed
3. The crash was not a hit and run
4. All drivers involved exchanged details
5. No vehicle was towed or carried away.

You can report it online for insurance purposes using the Tasmania Police Traffic Crash Reporting System (https://www.reportacrash.police.tas.gov.au) available from this website – which is now mobile-responsive and easier to navigate on your mobile phone or tablet computer.

(Police assistance and attendance is still provided for minor crashes, however, by law, there is no requirement for these crashes to be reported to police.)
