At Approximately 1:50pm today, police were called to a report of a workplace accident, at the former CAT site, 2-8 Ormsby Street, Wivenhoe.

Three men in their sixties sustained injuries whilst removing a roof structure from a disused building.

All three men were treated at the site by Ambulance Tasmania.

Two men were transported to the North West Regional Hospital for further treatment.

Injuries sustained are not believed to be life threatening.

WorkSafe Tasmania is investigating the cause of the accident.
