Hobart Detectives have charged a 42 year old Gagebrook woman in relation to the assault of former MLC Terry Martin who was attacked outside the Hobart Supreme Court last week after being sentenced on Child Exploitation charges.

A second woman involved in the assaults is expected to be charged next week. A lawyer acting for the woman has contacted police and she will present herself by arrangement early next week.
