At 3.30pm on Friday the 1st of October 2010, a 42 year old female allegedly disturbed two men attempting to break into her residence in Gunners Quoin Road in Old Beach.

Upon disturbing the two men the female was assaulted and attended the Royal Hobart Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries.

The two men were described as wearing black balaclavas, blue jeans and of medium to heavy build.
