Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen a white 1989 Ford Corsair travelling from the Bowen Bridge along the East Derwent Highway towards Risdon Vale on Saturday the 25th September 2010 at approximately 9.00 am.

The vehicle was observed travelling at speed and attempted to overtake several vehicles through the “S” bends of the highway. The vehicle crashed a short time later into a power pole just north of the round-a-bout on Grass Tree Hill. A male was seen running from the vehicle shortly after the crash.
