Detectives from Glenorchy Criminal Investigation Branch are investigating a report of an assault in the Chigwell area at approximately 12.30am on 8^th December 2015.

The victim told police he obtained a lift from Margate to Chigwell at approximately 11.30pm on 7^th December 2015, with a man called Toby.  Toby was driving a white or cream coloured EL Falcon.

Police are seeking to speak with Toby; there is no suggestion he was involved in the assault matter, but is a potential witness.
