Police are investigating an incident which occurred outside licensed premises of Ivory Lounge Bar, Collins Street, Hobart at approximately 4:45am on Sunday 16th February 2014.

Police believe a man was assaulted by being punched and kneed to the upper body and head. A victim has yet to come forward to police and police would ask any person who either witnessed the incident or believes they were the victim in relation to this incident to come forward.

At the time of the incident the victim was described as follows: a male aged between 18-25yrs, of average build. He was wearing a white t-shirt which was ripped, and dark pants. He may have also had a bloodied nose. The victim was also in the company of another young male.
