A 20 year old man from Burnie has been charged with dangerous driving and will face court following a traffic crash in Penguin.

At approximately 5:15 pm, 27 November, Police and Emergency Services attended Main Road / Johnsons Beach Road, Penguin in response to a vehicle rollover.

The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle and was taken for assessment at the North West Regional Hospital by paramedics. He was later charged by police with Dangerous Driving, Drive Whilst Disqualified and further driving offences.

The driver is scheduled to appear at the Burnie Magistrates Court on Monday, 28 November 2022.
