At 4:30pm on Wednesday 13th August 2014, emergency services were called to a single vehicle collision on Briggs Road, Honeywood.

Initial investigations indicate that the white in colour Toyota land cruiser left the roadway after failing to negotiate a left hand bend.

The adult male and female occupants were taken by ambulance to the Royal Hobart Hospital for treatment of serious injuries, resulting from the collision.

Police would like to speak with any witnesses who may have observed the vehicle travelling on Briggs Road, prior to the collision.
