Detectives from Eastern Criminal Investigation Branch have charged two adult males over a spate of thefts from houses under construction on the Eastern Shore of Hobart over the last two months.

Investigations have led to the recovery of some of the stolen property. 

The thefts occurred from nine houses that were under construction.
