At 12:50 today, 26 March 2012, a truck driver was assaulted and robbed after he stopped his vehicle on Wellers Road, Upper Natone.

The driver was signalled by two men driving behind him in a red or maroon flat tray ute. 

The driver stopped his truck thinking there was a problem with the vehicle.  He was then assaulted and robbed by the two men.

He was not injured.
