Hobart CIB today charged a 39 year old man with trespass and common assault over entry to a Wellwood Street home in Lenah Valley in the early hours of Tuesday 5 March 2013.  The man left after being confronted by the  female owner of the house.

It will be alleged that forensic evidence from fruit stones left at the residence, linked the man to the scene. 

While not seriously injured during the incident, the victim has been provided with counselling given the unsettling nature of the incident.

The man has been bailed to appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court on 29 April 2013.
