Three men are in custody and assisting police with their inquiries following an incident in Sandy Bay this morning.

Police arrested the men in relation to an incident where a 2001 dark blue Holden Commodore (registration D25SW) evaded police in the Sandy Bay area around 6.30am.

The Sandy Bay incident followed a series of evading police in the Hobart area.

Police are currently investigating these matters.
