At about 1.20am on Saturday, 23rd July 2022 two large boxes containing Krispy Kreme doughnuts were stolen from a delivery van whilst parked outside the Brighton BP service station.

Police attended taking a report and viewing CCTV footage which captured the male offender opening the rear doors, getting in the van and removing two large boxes. He then ran from the scene.

Later that morning Bridgewater Police conducted a search of a residence in Brighton where they arrested a 20yr old Risdon Vale male and recovered most of the stolen property.

The male was later charged and bailed to appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court for stealing.
