Approximately 1.00am on Monday the 2^nd of April 2018, a suspicious house fire occurred at a private residence in Rockingham Drive at Clarendon Vale.  The residents were not home at the time of the fire which has caused approximately $200,000 worth of damage.

The residence had been subject to several complaints in the last two weeks with locals using the house for parties.
