Devonport Police are investigating a suspicious fire at a disused building in Devonport in the early hours of this morning.

The fire – in Don Road, Devonport – is believed to have caused minimal damage.

The Tasmania Fire Service and police were called to the scene about 2am this morning.

It is understood the building has been disused for some time.
