Structure Fire – Regent Street, Sandy Bay
On Sunday 3rd July 2016 at 1:00am The Fire Service, Police, and Ambulance were called to a house fire in Regent Street, Sandy Bay.
On arrival the residence was partially engulfed in flames. Several occupants were home at the time of the fire and managed to vacate the residence, however one is receiving medical attention for injuries sustained during the incident.
The property is privately owned with estimated damage of over $450,000.
