Between the 22^nd and 24^th of October 2012 a 180cm tall ‘Chinese Terracotta Warrior’ statue was stolen from Glebe Gardens, Henry Street, Launceston.

The ‘life-size’ statue is fairly distinctive and weighs approximately 100kg.  It is one of only two in the state. 

Police are appealing for assistance from the public to locate this distinctive statue and return it to its owner.  If anyone sees the statue, or knows its whereabouts, please contact Tasmania Police.  Police Offence Report (reference) Number 453911 relates.
