Police have charged a 19 year old man from West Moonah with receiving stolen property.

The property included some items stolen from three of the motor vehicles burgled and/or stolen over the weekend.

Tasmania Police are continuing to investigate the series of motor vehicle thefts, motor vehicle burglaries, and motor vehicle fires which occurred in the Greater Hobart area during the evening of Saturday 30 August and the morning of Sunday 31 August 2014.

It is anticipated that further charges will arise.
