Police have identified the skeletal remains that were located in bushland in Mowbray on the 6 August 2013 as that of Chitra Bhandari (48 years). 

Mr Bhandari was last seen at Invermay in November 2011.    An investigation is being conducted on behalf of the Coroner however police do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding Mr Bhandari’s  death.

At the request of Mr Bhandari’s family no further information will be released.
