About 5:19 p.m. on Sunday 06 March 2016, a husband and wife from NSW, were travelling east on the Bass Highway at Hadspen, on separate motor cycles.

The 57 year old female rider, received fatal injuries when her Honda motor cycle collided with the Armco railing.

Northern Crash Investigation Services would like to hear from anyone who observed the bikes, a white Triumph and a red, white and blue Honda, prior to the crash.

The couple were in Tasmania for the Ulysses Motor Cycle Club AGM.

A report is being prepared for the Coroner.
