A 76 year man from Rocky Cape has died overnight in the NWRH as a result of injuries he sustained in a single vehicle crash on the Bass Highway on Sunday 14 December 2014.

Kevin Joseph Michael Barry of Rocky Cape was travelling on the Bass Highway near Burnie with two passengers, when his vehicle struck a traffic light pole.

The crash occurred at about 10.35pm on Sunday 14 December 2014, near the intersection of the Bass Highway and West Park Grove, Burnie.
