An 87 year old lady has died of injuries she received in a single vehicle crash. The crash occurred on Redwood Road at Kingston on the morning of Saturday 22 November 2014.

The lady was the driver and sole occupant of the red Corolla hatch. The vehicle lost control and struck a tree.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash and a report is being prepared for the Coroner.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the crash which occurred at 11.10am at the Channel Highway end of Redwood Road.
