At 1pm on Wednesday 4/2/15 Tas Fire Service and police responded to a report of a structure fire at Luck Street, Mowbray.

When they arrived, the rear shed at the property was well-alight.  The shed is not adjoined to the residence.  The residence was occupied at the time.

The fire was contained to the shed and there is not believed to be any damage to any other properties.   Although the cause is still being investigated; there are no suspicious circumstances at this stage.

Value of the shed and contents is also unknown at this stage.

Luck Street around the property is temporarily closed, but will re-open once emergency services can deem the area safe (from smoke).
