At 2109hrs on Thursday 15^th January 2014, police were called to a two vehicle crash between a red Toyota wagon and a red Mazda sedan.

The vehicles were heading in opposite directions when the Toyota crossed into the path of the Mazda. The drivers were the only occupants in the vehicles at the time.

The driver of the Toyota was conveyed to the North West Regional Hospital in a critical condition.

The driver of the Mazda sustained minor injuries and was conveyed to Latrobe hospital.

Forensics officers and crash investigators attended the scene. At this time investigations are continuing however speed is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
