Serious Single Vehicle Crash- Back Cam Road, Somerset

At approximately 8.55pm on Friday 21^st August 2015, a single vehicle crash occurred on Back Cam Road Somerset.

The crash occurred when a Mitsubishi four wheel drive travelling towards the Murchison Highway, left the road colliding with a tree.

An 18 year old male from Park Grove, was a passenger seated in the rear of the vehicle. He sustained injuries as a result of the collision and was taken to the North West Regional Hospital Burnie in a serious but stable condition.
