Hobart Detectives have charged a second man over an incident at Stainforth Court New Town in the early hours of Friday morning which resulted in the death of a 39 year Old Kingston man.

Late on Sunday afternoon a 31 year old Glenorchy man presented himself at Hobart Police Headquarters and he was arrested and charged with 1 Count of Murder and 1 Count of Grievous Bodily Harm. The man appeared in the Hobart Magistrate’s Court on Monday morning.

Hobart Detectives earlier charged an 18 year old Bellerive man in relation to the incident death. He has been charged with 1 Count of Murder and 1 Count of Grievous Bodily Harm and appeared in the Hobart Magistrate’s Court on Sunday morning.
