Overnight on 16^th and 17^th September 2018 a number of rubbish bins were deliberately damaged by fire in the Launceston area.  Tasmania Fire Service attended and were able to extinguish the smouldering bins without incident.

Tasmania Police also attended and are investigating these reports.
