At approximately 5.20pm on Saturday 3^rd of November 2012, a male entered the Claremont KFC store and demanded cash.  The male indicated that he had a firearm.  Staff handed the male the contents of a till and a quantity of cash was taken.  The male then left the store in the direction of Main Road Claremont.

The male is described as: – aged in his 30’s, approximately 175cm tall, thick brown medium length hair, wearing black sunglasses, black jacket, light grey pants and white sand shoes. 

Police attended within minutes of the incident and enquiries are continuing.

Police would request the assistance from members of the public who may have seen this male person in the Claremont area from 4.30pm onwards on 3/11/2012.
