Police are seeking witnesses for a road rage and assault incident that occurred at approximately 1.30pm on Clarence Street, Bellerive on Thursday the 19th of January, 2012.

At this time a silver Nissan Navara was being driven by a 65 year old male, on Clarence Street near to the intersection of Cambridge Road.

A second vehicle, an early model red Holden Barina has stopped in front of the Nissan Navara. A male occupant has exited this vehicle, approached the Nissan Navara and an altercation has occurred.

Any witnesses in the area at this time are urged to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
