Detectives from Burnie CIB are investigating a sudden death which occurred at a residence in Chalk Avenue, Burnie during yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 19/1/16).

Police are seeking witnesses who may have been in the area and observed anything suspicious, particularly any vehicles or people that may not normally be in the area.

“We are currently conducting an investigation for the Coroner and we are particularly interested in speaking to anyone that may have seen any vehicles leaving Chalk Avenue or Curraghmore Avenue at about 3.45pm” said Detective Inspector Kim Steven.
