On 22 June 2015 a man was being transported by the Tasmanian Prison Service when he was located deceased in the rear of the transport van.

The male was Troy Colin Monson (42) of Wynyard.

Tasmania Police will be investigating the circumstances into the death of Mr Monson and will prepare a report to the Coroner.
