At 8:37pm on Sunday 28 May 2023, police responded to a report of a single cartridge being discharged from a firearm into an occupied house in Allardyce Avenue, Goodwood.

The person(s) responsible for this offence had fled the area prior to the arrival of Police.

No one was injured during the incident, and initial investigations indicate that this maybe a targeted offence. There are no immediate safety concerns for the wider community.

Anyone who observed any suspicious persons and/or vehicles in the area of Allardyce Avenue, Goodwood between 8.20pm and 8.40pm, is asked to come forward.
