Police are following a particular line of inquiry in relation to a suspicious house fire at Primrose Sands on Sunday which caused around $150,000 damage.

On Sunday the 15^th of May 2016, at around 2.23pm, Police were notified of a house fire at 769 Primrose Sands Road, Primrose Sands. Tas Fire Service were in attendance and when they arrived the unoccupied dwelling was well alight. The fire was contained but the dwelling was totally destroyed.

Police would like people to come forward with information regarding any vehicles seen in the area between 1.30 and 2.30pm but particularly the movements of a blue early 2000s model Subaru Outback wagon that was seen in the area.
