About 1pm on Monday 29 November 2010 a parking meter attendant was in the vicinity of the Campbell Street Primary School car park. He was approached by a man who confronted him about the legitimacy of his occupation. This man then punched the parking meter attendant before jumping the school fence and running across the school oval towards Brooker Avenue.

The man is described as:

• About 27-30 years of age
• Muscular build, tanned complexion
• About 6 foot tall
• Shaved head
• Tattoo on right hand side of neck
• Tattoo on back of one hand near his thumb
• One of his ears was pierced
• He was wearing a red hoody style jumper, baggy faded jeans and white sneakers with a blue pattern on them
