Tasmania Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed a crash on the Brooker Highway about 6.15pm last Friday night, or saw a red Nissan Navara dual cab utility being driven towards the East Derwent Highway at that time from Goodwood.

Police attended a minor hit and run crash between two utes at the intersection of Brooker Highway and Elwick Road Goodwood, in Hobart’s Northern Suburbs about 6.15pm last Friday night.

A 55-year-old man from the Eastern Shore was later located and charged with a number of offences and will appear in the Hobart Magistrate Court at a later date.

Police are particularly keen to speak with the driver of a dark red flat tray ute carrying furniture and boxes who may have been involved the crash.
