Detectives from the Devonport CIB are renewing a call for information relating to the stealing of a firearm from an unlocked vehicle on 6 October 2016.

The vehicle was parked in the Kempling Street Carpark, Devonport at the time of the theft.

Investigators wish to speak to the driver of a white Mitsubishi Triton, (pictured) who they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries.

Anyone with information regarding the theft, vehicle or driver is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 (this can be done anonymously) or Tasmania Police on 131 444.
