Police are investigating a deliberately lit fire which destroyed a car and damaged a residence in Queenstown this morning. 

Emergency Services were called to Dilger Court about 5am, where a car (in a carport attached to a residence) was on fire. 

Tasmania Fire Service crews extinguished the fire and determined it was deliberately lit.
