Police are investigating the suspicious death of a man in Bothwell this morning.

Police and emergency services were called to the scene in Highland Lakes Road about 4am.

Police including officers from CIB, Forensics and Uniform are on the scene conducting investigations.

A crime scene has been declared and another man is in custody assisting with inquiries.
