Police are investigating a fire at a unit in Risdon Road, Lutana, last night.

Tasmania Fire Service and police were called to attend a vehicle/structure fire at unit 1/150 Risdon Road, Lutana, about 11.40pm last night.

The unit fire was quickly extinguished by Tasmania Fire Service. Two vehicles parked at the residence – a Toyota Tarago and a Mitsubishi Pajero – were also damaged by fire. Total damage to the unit and vehicles is estimated to be around $80,000.

Tasmania Fire Service investigators were unable to determine the cause of the fire. Police will continue investigations into the incident.
