Police investigate Claremont wounding

Glenorchy CIB is investigating a wounding in Claremont where a 27 year old man suffered a single stab wound to his chest.

 

Approximately 8pm on Saturday 28 July 2018 police were called to an address in Branscombe Road, Claremont.

 

The matter is being investigated and two youths from the Glenorchy area have been assisting police with their enquiries.

 

The victim is currently in a serious but stable condition in the Royal Hobart Hospital.

 

Police are seeking any witnesses who may have observed an altercation in Branscombe Road, Claremont, around 7.50pm, or may have any relevant CCTV or Dashcam footage.
