Police and Tasmania Fire Service crews were called to the Maria Street property about 7.50am, and found that a small hay shed had burnt down.

Inside the shed was a tractor and farm equipment, all of which have been destroyed by the fire.

Investigations conducted have determined that the fire was deliberately lit.

Bracknell residents are asked to review any available CCTV footage around the time of the incident and report any suspicious behaviour that occurred overnight.
