If you’re travelling past the Silverdome today and see a heightened level of police and ambulance staff about – don’t be alarmed.

Tasmania Police will today be conducting a series of exercises in the vicinity of the Silverdome that will involve staff from Ambulance Tasmania and Tasmania Police.

The exercises will provide an opportunity for emergency services to practice and refine their responses to real emergencies, in what will be a lifelike but safe environment.
