On Saturday 17 December around 1.50am a 50-year-old man from Lindisfarne was struck by a motor vehicle in an access driveway on Murray Street at Hobart.

The man received serious injuries and is currently in the Royal Hobart Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Police would like to speak to any members of the public who may have witnessed the incident that occurred at 219B Murray Street.

The incident is currently being investigated by Hobart Police and any person with information is urged to contact Sergeant Ann Edge on 131 444.
