Royal Visit to Tasmania
Tasmanians are encouraged to be part of the Tasmanian visit by Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall on Thursday, 8 November 2012. The Royal Couple will take public walks through Richmond and Salamanca Place.

Launceston Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a fourth arson attack on a property owned by Housing Tasmania since July 2012. Additional police patrols will be initiated in areas identified to be high risk.

Police are urging home owners once again to be vigilant and secure their properties after persons entered an unlocked Launceston home whilst the occupants were still at the property. People are reminded to lock up their property to deter criminals.
