On Tuesday 2 October 2012 Hobart CIB continued investigations into a robbery that occurred around 2:05pm on Monday 1 October 2012 at the West End Newsagency situated on Harrington Street in Hobart. 

As a result of those investigations, a 29 year old male from West Moonah was taken into custody yesterday afternoon.

The male was questioned and has been formally charged one (1) count of robbery.

He will be appearing in the Hobart Magistrates Court on the morning of Wednesday 3 October 2012.
