Police have today charged a 28-year-old Newnham woman in relation to a wounding incident at a residence on Houn Court in Rocherlea on Monday night.

She was charged with one count of Wounding and two counts of Assault, and bailed to appear before the Launceston Magistrates Court at 9.30am on 10 October 2018.

Police thank members of the public who provided information in relation to a silver Astra connected to this investigation which assisted police to locate the car.
