Detectives investigating the Marrawah murder would like to hear from any patrons of the Marrawah Hotel who were present on the evening of Friday 12^th July 2013.  

“Police would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen a light coloured Ute, with no working tail lights, travelling on the Bass Highway from Marrawah towards Smithton shortly after midnight or early Saturday morning,” Detective Inspector Gunton said.

“We renew our call for information, anyone who saw vehicles moving about the area or parked in unusual positions in the vicinity of the Hotel together with any person acting suspiciously in the area, is asked to contact us,” he said.

Investigations continue today with police thanking members of the public for their information to date.
