74 year old South Australian, Roger Berry was reported missing to police approximately 6:30pm Friday 13 March 2020, missing in the Liffey Falls area.  He had been reported missing after failing to return from a walk earlier in the afternoon.

Police, SES personnel and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter conducted a search until 2am without success.

The search was recommenced at 7:30am with Mr Berry located at 10am.  He was cold after spending the night in the open, but otherwise in good spirits.  He had become disorientated after venturing from the main walking track.

Mr Berry was grateful for the assistance of Police and SES personnel in helping to locate him.
