About 7.45pm last, Police and volunteer searchers located missing man, David Wood, on a remote hill off the Channel Highway at Deep Bay.

He is suffering from a slight injury and SES and Ambulance are assisting in carrying him from the location and providing medical assistance.

Police officers and volunteers are searching the Deep Bay area, near Cygnet, for a man who was discovered to be missing from his home at 5am this morning.
